How to obtain your membership card
To register or renew your registration annually, you must present:
- An identity document or family record book for minors who do not yet have an identity document
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (tax, rent, electricity bill or other). For students (student card or other) or a document from your employer (payslip or other).
- Job seekers and beneficiaries of social minima must justify their status. You will also need to sign a membership agreement.
Once you have your membership card
When you first become a member, you will receive your membership card. This must be renewed each year.
The card is nominative and valid for all libraries (except Plaisir and Maurepas recently attached to the agglomeration and do not use the same software).
Please inform us of any change in your details entered when you became a member or renewed membership: address, number, legal guardian…

Pre-registration online :
Quick and easy:
Online preregistration applies to those who have never been a member of the SQY Library Network. If you have already been a member, please present you card to renew your registration (see "Renew registration").
Online pre-registration saves time as you can fill out the registration form on line (right hand column) and download the membership agreement.
To complete your registration, please visit the closest library with the required supporting documents adapted to your membership status (see "Membership").
For online pre-registration, you must have a valid e-mail address.
Membership Renewal
Our Library Network membership is for one year. After this delay, you are no longer eligible for our library services (even on line).You will therefore receive an e-mail to warn you your membership will soon expire.
Renewing your registration is easy; just go to your library with your membership card and updated supporting documents (see "Becoming a member").
During the summer months, borrowing conditions change
- During the long school holidays, you can borrow documents for a longer span of time.
This time is extended to 42 days for documents borrowed as of mid-June.
28-day extensions are possible (if the document is not reserved by another member).
These Summer conditions do not apply to professional card loans.
